You found a recent corpse and a final letter that has no named recipient. Return it to Shambrin.
Speak to Shambrin
You have returned the final letter to Shambrin. Speak to her for your reward.
Use the Book of Specialisation
You have returned the final letter to Shambrin and she has given you a Book of Specialisation.
Quest Complete
Quest Complete - You searched Deshar and found a final letter. Shambrin burned it without reading it, but intends to secretly remember the person that wrote it.

“As we approach Deshar, I feel I must ask something of you once more. There is someone... I care about. Let us leave it at that. I have learned she went on a lone journey to the spires three moons past... and she has not returned.”
