After a period of Hindsight, she will grant you her Foresight, which prevents you from avoiding Hits while Dodge Rolling. When you are Hit while Dodge Rolling, Hinekora restores you to full Life immediately before taking damage from the Hit, and grants you Sight Beyond Sight, which prevents you from dying.

What quality adds to Future-Past, shown at 20% (maximum) quality. Each bonus scales evenly from 0% up to 20% and they all apply together.
