Applies a socketed Mark Skill to a nearby unmarked Enemy every few seconds. Consuming socketed Marks will cause them to be reapplied to an unmarked Enemy. This reapplication can happen at most once every few seconds.

What quality adds to Called Shots, shown at 20% (maximum) quality. Each bonus scales evenly from 0% up to 20% and they all apply together.
